It was a long-overdue reunion at Avaya ENGAGE, the company’s first in-person conference for users and partners in years. BLEND was eager to share some important news with the community – that longtime exhibitor GM Voices is now BLEND Voice, featuring expanded IVR voice-over capabilities, comprehensive localization services, and sophisticated AI voice and language capabilities for the Avaya contact center suite. Karen and Winnie were back rocking the traditional ‘GMV’ green, letting our customers and partners know that nothing has changed with our commitment to the Avaya ecosystem and improving the customer experience!
